Fashion Friday: To Glitter or Not to Glitter?

Last year for New Years Eve I steered clear of glitter and sequins, I figured everyone would be wearing it and  I wanted a different look. Well I had one, and this year I'm going all out with a sequined dress! Who cares if a bunch of other girls are in shimmery outfits too? This is one time of year where I can where it and not feel like I'm over doing it.
