Bachelorette Party in Tutus!

Last weekend was my bachelorette party, with the help of 2 of my friends we made tutus for the girls. They were pretty epic. Mine was a high low tutu in white, with glittery tulle and a beautiful lace belt over top. My friends' were white, tiffany blue and a sand color. Geared up in their black attire as self proclaimed "ballerina ninja's" and me in a white dress and light up bachelorette sash, we were ready for a night out in Jacksonville.

After getting ready in the hotel (over pink champagne of course) we headed out to the first bar for coconut chocolate martinis- YUM! Dinner involved shots from the manager (score), and fancy shrimp and cheese grits with an espresso martini for me.

Then we headed out to a drag show, no I am not kidding. But sadly they were running way behind and I had too much of an urge to dance to spend the rest of my night there. We saw a few of the dancers walking around in the outside bar/waiting area so...next!

Leaving there we headed to Jacksonville Beach and shimmied right up to the front of the line, in our adorable outfits with 6 women who would honestly deny us entry? ;) Until closing we danced the night away, there was another bachelorette party there and they were surprisingly friendly to our group. The bride was extra drunk though I have to say.

It was a really fun time, and I remember all of it! I'm glad it didn't get as crazy as the stereotypical bachelorette party and no one tried to talk me out of getting married. I just got a bunch of high fives and congratulations. It was fun to have a bit of extra attention for the night.

We did Before & Afters with mock jail signs my fiancé made at his sign shop.  How fun are these? ;)

Now onto the wedding! Eeek! I can't believe I'm only 8 sleeps away from becoming his Mrs. :)

My Tutu Bachelorette Party

Well, since my wedding was bumped up 6 months and many plans have changed, it's now the day of my bachelorette party!

Tutus have been assembled and reservations have been made. A night in Jacksonville with my girls has me super psyched for this evening's adventures.

This is the first one I will ever attend so I'm not 100% sure what to expect other then the stereotypical craziness.

What did you do for your bachelorette party or for a friend's? Any tips for me? ;)
