Refreshing your Roost

Looking for a little change in your living area but not ready for a major purchase like a new couch or a time consuming paint job? It's amazing what a new set of throw pillows will do for your space.

Once you get some new pillows, go ahead and move around some of your home's decor too. Take some pieces from your bedroom and switch them out with items in the kitchen, living room, and vice versa. It's truly a breath of fresh air to have a bit of change in your home and mix things up.

1st Target, now Nordstroms!

I'm sure all of you have heard by now about the collaboration with the 24 designers and Target rolling out in December.  Everything will be priced from $7.99 up to $500.  I already can't get away with getting out of there without making some unplanned purchases.  You are already addicting Target, thank you for making my dependence worse!  I just know it, with brands like Tory Burch, Marc Jacobs and Oscar de la Renta and all right around Christmas. :) Oh Tarjayyy, how do you steal my heart so?

But how about the newly announced fact that Nordstroms will be carrying Topshop Clothing! How excited are all of you! They're initially putting Topshop in their biggest stores and online, but if they do well (as expected) you will be able to get some fabulous finds at every Nordstroms across the U.S.

Last Minute Gifts

I am sorry to say that I am too one of the last minute shoppers. I did the major gifts part, well kind of...Stocking stuffers and small gifts are left on my list of things to do; along with cleaning, baking, grocery shopping, etc.

I have seen a few of Inslee's sketches before but didn't know where to look for more of her work. Until today I stumbled across her blog I found a unique holiday image of hers and designed a look around it, Holiday of course. ;)

New Shoes!!

So I keep seeing these blush/nude pumps on polyvore and around by YSL- I love them but definitely can't afford $800 shoes!  I was in Target yesterday and found some look a likes on sale for $27.  Woohoo, can't wait to wear them, even though they will make me over 6 feet tall. haha

Mother's day lunch shoes? I think yes!
