Little White Dresses for Special Occasions

When searching for the perfect outfit for my birthday dinner I must have went through 5 or 6 looks, finally deciding on a little white dress. It felt flirty and spring-worthy, but not too over the top with bright colors.

My Birthday Look
Little black dresses are great for that sexy sultry look, but sometimes a clean white dress will do the same thing, only with an angelic feel. Think Victoria's Secret Angels.

Here's some cute ones I found that I thought would be good for any kind of special occasion, be it with a mother in law, friends or a date.

All dressed up in front of the Lightner Museum heading to dinner.

My husband took me downtown in St. Augustine to a restaurant called 95 Cordova that is inside of the Casa Monica hotel. It was my first time there and I really enjoyed it. Escargot and Chilean Sea Bass for me, with an extra dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives of course- YUM! Everything was delicious.

Afterwards we stopped by our favorite Italian restaurant in town, Romano's and had a specialty dessert from the owners, who are some of our oldest friends in St. Augustine. It was like a doughnut with cannoli filling and topped with Nutella and strawberries. The perfect dessert to end the night with.

When we arrived home I finally got to find out what my birthday present was from Dee. He bought me a ticket to BlogFete in Orlando this September!! He's the best, did you see on my Twitter feed he even went to get a pedicure with me! :)

I'm so excited and I cannot wait to meet all of the entrepreneurial ladies and bloggers who will be there. What will I wear?! Maybe a little white dress. ;)

Do you have a go to style for special occasions? Are you more of a LBD or a LWD kinda girl?
