Valentine's Day at Home

Valentine’s Day is a day for Love whether you're taken or single. Here are some ideas for sharing the love on Valentine’s Day no matter what Facebook says your relationship status is.

If you’re single think about ways you can treat yourself, self-love. Buy yourself some flowers. Maybe a pedicure appointment, make dinner with some other single friends and follow it up with some drinks on the town. Looking for a night in? How about a bubble bath (equipped with wine, candles and a good book), followed by an at home nail sesh and delivery from your favorite restaurant. Don’t forget the dessert!

If you have a Valentine and are looking to spend the night in cooking together is a great way to spend some time together. Check out this post for some romantic recipes. Gentleman, don’t forget the flowers, card and chocolate. Ladies, you can come up with something creative-even if it’s just a homemade card.

After dinner why not sway over to your living room dance floor, or head to the bedroom for massages. If you’re not quite ready to close the evening down yet, how about a romantic comedy or some x-rated card/board games? Play scrabble by the round, and be creative with what the person who gets the least points in their word has to do. You can even make the game have a Love theme, nothing but Love related words allowed.
