Vintage Halloween

I normally skip out on dressing up for Halloween during the work day, but today I'm dressed up. A green maxi dress, a belted black sheer button down over top, with a long necklace, a cute little witch hat headband, and some limey green eye shadow. Total costume cost $1 for the headband at The Dollar Store. Done, cheapest legitimate costume ever for me.

We're having a little Halloween party at work today and I made deviled egg bloody eyes and spiders. A perfect witch concoction I do believe.

My favorite part of Halloween though is that it's like the kickoff for the holiday season. Bring on the lights, cookies, family visits, trees and green bean casseroles!
