I am always looking for easy vegetarian meals and I finally found one I reeeeeeeeeeeally like, and hardly takes any time.
Take about a third of your tofu after draining and cubing it, and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes in hoisin sauce, with a little soy. Then press the tofu into corn meal to coat all 4 sides. Heat up some coconut oil in your skillet, and allow the tofu to fry until lightly browned.
Throw it over a salad with ginger dressing, or eat it with some hoisin sauce for dipping as an app.
It really is good, fresh and the corn meal gives a nice crunch, while the coconut oil makes your home smell lovely.
Enjoy!
